More than one location?
Multi-location local SEO, location by location
I run local SEO for brands with walk-up locations across several Western states, and for brands that serve customers across wide service areas.
Get your candid readMulti-location local SEO is the work of making each location of one business show up for the people near it: its own Google Business Profile, its own page, its own phone line, and a name that matches the brand everywhere. The brand earns trust as a whole, but each location is checked and fixed on its own.

Most of the advice says to keep your name, address and phone the same everywhere. For one location, that's right. For ten, it's how teams get misled: every location has a different address and phone on purpose, and a tool that scans the brand as one business reports them as errors.
On one client with about ten locations, a listings scan flagged "the wrong address". It wasn't wrong. It was a different location's correct one. We now check every location's details against that location, never against the brand.

How the work runs
List every location.
Name, address or service area, phone and page, checked against the live Google profile for that location.
Fix each profile.
One profile per location, the brand's name, the right categories, and a local number where you have one.
Give each location a page.
What it offers, where it serves, and how to reach it, written for that place.
Watch each location.
Where each one shows in its own local results, and what AI answers say when someone nearby asks.
Report by location.
What moved where, so a weak location doesn't hide inside a brand total.
How I measure the work
What it costs
Most multi-location brands get a custom package, priced after we count the locations. As a guide, the first location starts at $3,600 a month, setup included. Each added location on the same website starts at $750 a month, plus $750 once to set it up, because link building is priced once for the website, not per location. A location with its own website is priced as a separate business, from $1,850 a month.

What's the difference between local SEO and regular SEO?
Regular SEO works on where your site ranks for what people search anywhere. Local SEO works on where you show up for people near you: the map results, your Google Business Profile and the pages for each place you serve. A multi-location brand needs both.
Do I need a separate page for each location?
Usually, yes. Each location needs somewhere to send people that says what it offers and where it serves. A single "locations" list rarely ranks for anything local.
What about locations that serve customers at their address, not a storefront?
Those are service-area locations. Google asks them to show the area they serve and hide a home address. We set each one up that way, location by location.
